DeterMite H2F* is designed specifically for application on internal timber framing to provide protection from termite and borer attack.
Determite is a water-borne timber preservative, usually applied using spray equipment in-line with the sawmill production system. This makes it a cost effective H2F timber treatment process available.
DeterMite is a dual action preservative, repelling termites, and if the treated timber is consumed, also acts as an effective insecticide.
DeterMite commonly has a blue dye added to the solution to allow for easy identification of the treated timber.
Active Ingredients: Determite contains bifenthrin as the active ingredient.
*Hazard class H2F is only approved for use south of the Tropic of Capricorn.
